Although the administrators and moderators of UaEaRt will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of UaEaRt, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of UaEaRt reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. UAEart TERMS OF SERVICE 1. Terms of Service Agreement for all of UAEart.com services. 1. You understand and agree that UAEart.com's services are provided to registered users ("you" or "User" or, collectively, "Users") exclusively under UAEart.com's Terms of Service. By completing the registration process and clicking the "I accept" button, you are stating that you have read and understand the Terms of Service, that your agree to be bound by the Terms of Service in effect and as updated by UAEart.com from time to time. UAEart.com reserves the right to terminate any User's account if UAEart.com learns that such User has provided UAEart.com with false or misleading registration information or has violated the Terms of Service. 3. Under UAEart.com's privacy policy, UAEart.com may disclose to third parties certain aggregate information contained in Users registration applications, but UAEart.com will not disclose any individual User's name, address, email address or telephone number without such User's prior written consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. 4. UAEart.com may modify or discontinue its services or any User's account with or without notice to any User, without liability to any User or any third party. 5. You understand and agree that UAEart.com's services are provided "as is". 6. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member Id and/or password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify UAEart.com of any unauthorized use of your account. 7. YOU UNDERSTAND AND EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF UAEART.COM'S SERVICES ARE AT YOUR SOLE RISK, THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF UAEART.COM'S SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH MATERIAL AND/OR DATA. 8. UAEART.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF UAEART.COM'S SERVICES, REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH UAEART.COM'S SERVICES, REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH UAEART.COM'S SERVICES, REGARDING ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH UAEART.COM'S SERVICES OR THAT UAEART.COM'S SERVICES WILL MEET ANY USER'S REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE. 10. UAEART.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR THE INABILITY TO USE UAEART.COM'S SERVICES, RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH UAEART.COM'S SERVICES, RESULTING FROM LOSS OF, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF UAEart.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 11. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless UAEart.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys fees) arising from your use of UAEart.com's services, your violation of the Terms of Service or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. 12. The Terms of Service will inure to the benefit of UAEart.com's successors, assigns and licensees. 13. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by UAEart.com 14. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect. 15. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. 16. UAEart.com may, from time to time, send email messages to Users/Members containing Site updates or member notices. However, UAEart.com does NOT sent advertisements nor do we sell our member email addresses to any party. 17. UAEart.com does not make our email lists or member information available to external parties. 2. Additional Terms of Service for UAEart Comments, Image posting. Ecards and other future services. 1. UAEart.com cannot, monitor, censor ALL the contents of Users image posts and comment messages. Users alone are responsible for the contents of their messages/images and the consequences of any such messages/images. 2. UAEart.com HOWEVER will remove photo and comments posted that UAEart deems offensive to its members or if it is inappropriate or if it violates the Terms of Service. 3. You agree that you will not post images that include content that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, nude, obscene or otherwise objectionable in any manner or nature or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation. 4. You agree that the images you post should comply with a PG rating. Note that we don't offically rate this site as PG but it's for your posting guidelines. 5. You agree that you will not use UAEart member directory and comments for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. 6. You agree that you will not use UAEart E-Cards for chain letters, junk mail, "spamming", solicitations (commercial or non-commercial) or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process. You further agree not to use UAEart E-cards to send any message or material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable in any manner or nature or that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation. 7. UAEart.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store messages/images. PRIVACY POLICY UAEART PRIVACY STATEMENT UAEART recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by users of UAEart.com and our related websites. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users’ right to privacy to guide our relationships with our users. Information Collected by UAEart UAEart collects information about users during their registration for some of our websites; their participation in certain activities on our websites, including contests and polls; and through the use of cookies. When users request pages from our server, our Web server automatically collects some information about the users, including their IP addresses. These addresses are used by computers on the network to send the requested pages to users. In order to access certain portions of our websites, such as the Photo Gallery, users must register and provide certain voluntary information about themselves. Use of Information UAEart will not reveal any personal information that users provide to us to any third party without their permission UAEart uses users' IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. We also use it to gather broad demographic information about our users in general. This information does not contain anything that can identify users personally. We may combine demographic information supplied by a subscriber at registration with site usage data to provide profiles, in aggregate form, about our users and their preferences in the content of the site. We DO NOT share this composite information with our advertisers. Using e-mail addresses provided at registration or otherwise, UAEart occasionally will send out e-mail to our users about services and updates on UAEart.com. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail information from UAEart. UAEart does not solicit or send advertisements through email to its users. Our site uses cookies to deliver content specific to users' interests and to honor their preferences. This information is used to assist us in creating a site that will serve the needs of our users. Upon request, UAEart will remove users (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail newsletters or contact. Although UAEart does not specifically seek to obtain any information from children, there are certain areas of our websites that children may visit. We urge children only to give us any information after they have discussed it with their parents. General UAEart is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its advertisers. UAEart uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to responsible third parties after permission from the user.
